Continuing renovations

The hard work continues - if you have been into, or driven past the Community Centre, you will have noticed the scaffolding. The decorators and roofers have been out there whenever the weather allows to paint the soffits and fascias and start replacing the flat roofs.


Internally, as well as decoration, work has been progressing on the replacement toilets upstairs - a whole new ceiling and wiring for the new lighting has gone in. Asbestos has been removed from the boiler room and under the stairs.


If you have a look at the pictures page, you will see that the new lights have been installed on the first floor landing and the new sockets are in place in rooms 2 & 3.
